One unsolved challenge for surface inspection of defects, especially on free-form surfaces, is particulate contamination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong><br \/>\nThe aim of SysPOT is to develop an optical system for the inline measurement of particles and defects on surfaces as well as a controlled cleaning process.
